Ooops!

Do you recall that famous railroad picture with the golden spike? And how the train tracks being laid from the east matched up with the train tracks being laid from the west in Utah and the first transcontinental rail system was completed in 1869?

Fast forward 100+ years .... I'm guessing those early laborers came a lot closer to figuring out where that sweet spike spot would be than someone did on this cement-section of highway on image right. Looks like it my have taken three tries to get it to work.
