If you look closely around historic New Castle (DE) where William Penn, founder of what would eventually become Pennsylvania and Delaware, first touched American soil you will see the infamous "Z" etchings carved in stone and ice sculptures.
No doubt in my mind, William Penn is Don Diego de la Vega.
